Divya K Konoor is a Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM, with over 16 years of experience in Cloud, Virtualization and Systems management domain. As a Software Architect, she has been driving the design and development of software products and applications, using Agile Methodologies. She is also the Project Team Lead of an open source community project. Divya is a passionate technical speaker with multiple technical articles, patents, and publications. She is well-versed in python, java, j2ee, Microservices, REST, OpenStack/Kubernetes/container platforms. At present, Divya is working on IBM Power Virtualization Console that provides virtualization for IBM Power Systems. Her day-to-day job involves working on the security and identity aspects of PowerVC, specifically on OpenStack services like Keystone, Ceilometer, etc. In the past, Divya has worked on IBM AIX PowerSC range of security products and ventured into OpenSource technologies/platforms like OpenStack, Chef, Cloud Foundry, Sensu. Divya completed her Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Model Engineering College in 2003. Prior to that, she completed her Mathematics and Computer Science education from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 1999. Divya's technical skills include Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Kubernetes, Microservices, Python, and Java. With a relevant experience of 20.04 years, Divya is a seasoned professional in the field of software architecture and development.
